AUCTION TERMS 1. Registration You must register and agree to these terms before bidding. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the details you provide are accurate. 2. Bids are binding Every bid is a legally binding offer to buy the artwork at that price. Bids cannot be withdrawn or cancelled once placed. The highest bid at the close of the auction wins. 3. Currency and pricing All bids are in [HKD]. The winning bid is the hammer price. [No buyer's premium is added.] Shipping, insurance, import duties and local taxes are not included and are paid by the buyer. 4. Reserve price The artwork [has / does not have] a reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the artist is not obliged to sell. 5. Closing time and extensions The auction closes at [date, time HKT]. Any bid placed in the final [5] minutes extends the auction by [5] minutes, so everyone has a fair chance to respond. 6. Payment The winning bidder will receive an invoice by email and must pay in full within [48 hours]. If payment is not received in time, the sale may be cancelled, the artwork may be offered to the next highest bidder, and the non paying bidder may be banned from future auctions. 7. Shipping The artwork ships within [7 to 14 days] of payment, fully insured and tracked, to the address provided at checkout. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or delays in their country. 8. Condition and description The artwork is sold as described in the listing. Photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Each original is one of a kind and may show natural marks of the handmade process. 9. Returns All auction sales are final. If the artwork arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging, and we will work with you and the courier on a resolution. 10. Copyright Buying the artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. All copyright and reproduction rights remain with Jobey Hon Studio Limited. The artist may use images of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes. 11. Right to refuse or cancel We may refuse or remove any bid, suspend any bidder, or cancel the auction at any time, for example in cases of suspected fraud, technical error or misuse of the platform. 12.
